I am a banker, working with the Deutsche Bank Group after 10 years with ICICI Bank Ltd (www.icicibank.com). I am a Libran, born on the 9th day of October. I am a Tuesday Child, full of grace :) . I am a graduate in Biological Sciences
as well as Financial Management. I plan to study economics next.
I was born in Calcutta (now Kolkata; I prefer Calcutta). I have lived in Port Blair (the capital of the Andaman and Nicobar
Islands; I am surprised it has'nt been renamed yet !!), Calcutta, Chennai, Pondicherry and now Mumbai since 2001. Schooling
was partly in Calcutta (St. Lawrence High School) and partly in Chennai (Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School). I obtained
a bachelor's degree in Zoology from the Vivekananda College (Chennai) and a Masters Degree in Life Sciences from the Pondicherry
University. I consider the two years I spent at Pondicherry among the finest years I spent learning. Subsequently I obtained
a degree in Financial Management from the Mumbai University.

What do I do for a living ?

I am again a trainer now after a stint (the most enjoyable
one of my career, in my opinion) in service quality fro around 6 months. My colleauges and trainees have opined that
I am one of the best trainers they have seen.
I am also a very analytical person with a logical bent of mind - I hope
to put these qualities to good use while learning Investment Banking at the Deutsche Bank.
